The problem

Generic software flattens all of that into a plain product list, so the team was working around their tools every day — and the real knowledge of the catalog lived in a few people's heads.

What we built

We built custom software around how the business actually works. Styles, size runs, widths, and colorways are first-class in the system, with stock, pricing, and ordering built on top of that structure. The details that used to be tribal knowledge are now in the software, visible to everyone who needs them.
