Shipping automation for a high-volume shipper

The problem

Every order meant manual carrier lookups and hand-built shipping labels across FedEx and UPS. At their volume, that was hours of repetitive work each day, and nobody knew what any individual shipment actually cost.

What we built

We integrated both carriers' APIs directly into their order system: live negotiated rates with transit times shown at checkout, automatic label generation the moment an order is ready, and per-package cost allocation tied back to every order.

The result

Label creation went from a manual step to fully automatic, and shipping costs are now allocated to the penny on every order. The team ships more in less time, with real numbers behind every decision.
