Finding and removing a hidden email exploit

The problem

Something was off with the company's transactional emails. Deliverability was suffering and customers were reporting messages that didn't look right. The templates had been touched by several vendors over the years, and nobody knew what was inside them anymore.

What we built

We audited every email template in the system and found a malicious injection hidden in the markup. We removed it, rebuilt the affected templates cleanly, and tightened the sending pipeline, including suppression list management, so the same door couldn't be opened again.

The result

Clean templates, restored deliverability, and a documented email pipeline the owner can trust. Sometimes the most valuable work is the problem a client didn't know they had.
