E-commerce rescue and cloud migration

The problem

Their online store ran on shared hosting that couldn't keep up. Pages were slow, outages were frequent, and there was no room to grow. The platform held years of product data and live customer orders, so any migration had to happen without taking the business offline.

What we built

We migrated the entire platform, including a 25GB product database, to Microsoft Azure with a modern setup: dedicated app hosting, managed MySQL, Redis caching, and a global CDN. Then we went after performance directly, lazy-loading third-party scripts, removing duplicate analytics tags, and optimizing the storefront page by page.

The result

The migration completed with zero downtime, and page load times dropped dramatically. The store now runs on infrastructure that scales with the business instead of holding it back.
